Terms and conditions: Properties larger than 5000 sq.ft will be priced on an individual basis but will not exceed £500. Additional fee’s may apply if a property is located outside of YouSold’s operating area. In addition, YouSold also withhold the right to refuse a booking without reason. The square footage of a property will be calculated using Metropix floor plan software and if a client has underpaid for a service they agree to top up the fee/deposit paid to YouSold to the correctly advertised amount that was displayed when the service was initially booked (this must be paid within 7 Days of being notified by either email, post or phone). When a deposit is paid to YouSold and a client completes on a sale transaction using one of YouSold’s recommended solicitors, the deposit paid will be held directly by YouSold and either deducted from the clients legal bill or refunded in full by YouSold. YouSold cannot be held responsible for any losses suffered by a client as a result of YouSold’s marketing material however, all efforts will be made by YouSold to create accurate marketing material and should any errors be noticed YouSold will correct its material accordingly. YouSold make every effort to stage properties but are limited with how much time is spent staging. Efforts should be made by the occupier to stage the property prior to YouSold visiting and where possible YouSold will contact the occupier to run through staging and appointment timescales. Solicitors fee’s advertised are correct at the time of publishing but could vary. A quote will be provided if a solicitor option is required. This quote we be supplied prior to the appointment and should it vary from our published costs the client may request a full refund providing YouSold have not undertaken work or travelled to an appointment. The no sale no fee service and search guarantee is only available when an insured option is taken. This option is at a cost of £45 when selling and £95 when purchasing. This insurance must be taken out prior to the solicitor starting work. Should we travel to an appointment and we cannot gain access, we will allow up to an hour to be given entry but this will eat into the allocated time we have to complete our marketing and may effect our supplied product. Should an appointment need to be cancelled YouSold require 48 hours notice for cancellations or change of appointment time/date. If we are not provided with the correct notice YouSold have the right to charge the full value for its service and a refund will not be provided.
